Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, exceptional breakfasts and positive staff.

The staff was courteous, kept everything fairly clean and great. The room was splendid, with a full or queen size bed. The brilliant location was near Giardini della Biennale. We dined at a great nearby restaurant with homemade dishes.

Overall it is a characterful hotel and we loved our stay, the location was beautiful very close to San Marco. Exceptional stuff and quick to respond.

The hotel is clean, peaceful and has great location near everything. Beautifully designed rooms, gorgeous breakfast with lots of food.

This hotel was unique, with excellent service and perfect location down a back street near San Marco square. The room was well-appointed with the romantic garden in the venue, a bright blue tiled bathroom plus duvet and safety measures included smoke detectors.

This hotel is a bit pricey, even so its location and staff are amazing.

The stay was unforgettable. Individually decorated rooms, comfy bed, welcoming personnel. Breakfast was tasty - lots of food and bottled drinks. Ideal location close to St Marks Square.

We were in Venice for 3 days, had comfortable stay, the hotel was clean with stunning location close to San Marco. The room was incredibly comfortable and most important - warm.

Every detail was awsome, we had no problems with location and staff, special hotel. Our bedroom was nice. It was accommodating, bigger then in most Venice hotels.

Value for money in a vibrant area. A romantic hotel, I liked, staff was charming. Beachfront location, not too far from a landmark bridge. The room was welcoming and airy. The service was fantastic, always with a smile. Besides, parking was available nearby.

The room was classic double, and the staff was really supporting, the beds were big. Wonderful view of sea. The beach was magnificent. Restaurant in hotel was fabulous and the pool area was nice. We loved our 3 night stay.

The place was spotless with exceptional location and staff. I loved a vintage decor and antique furniture. They made my stay enjoyable. Delightful hotel, 0.5 miles from Marco Polo airport. Stunningly beautiful views and green garden.

A very stylish hotel in Venice. The room was well-planned, the staff was terrific, pretty good food. The staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. The bed seemed super comfy and it was reasonably clean all around. Superior location, a few steps away from super nice area...

Remarkable hotel in Venice. The stuff, especially bkfast staff where BRILIANT. Large suite and really comfortable bed. I loved to spend time in the small saloon bar.

Staying next to st marks basilica and possibility to explore grand canal. Giudecca district was worth visiting;)))
